- Our delivery man will call before arrive to make sure there has someone to receive the cargo, we will not deliver if nobody answer the phone.
- Free delivery service include one story floor stair, $30 charge will apply on each floor when over one story stair floor.
- Delivery temporary suspend when there is typhoon #8 or above, and also black rain signal.

- Oversea delivery:
- We deliver oversea(except Macau) by Speedpost of HK post service, all oversea deliver charge is paid by customer. for details Pls visit http://www.speedpost.hk/speedpost/index.jsf
- All purchase must paid before cargo shipped, oversea customer can pay via Paypal
- We will clarify all cargo as "pet product" on custom invoice, however, we will not take responsibility if the cargo is not allow import into your country or custody by your country custom. Pls check your custom import terms by yourself

- Pls advise us within 7 days after delivery if you found there are following with the delivery:
- damage packing
- food expired
- wrong order

- Pls think again before you place an order, cause we don't accept return with following reason:
- you don't want it
- your pet don't like it
- your pet or you don't know how to use it !
- Pls contact manufacturer or distributor if you found there are change in packing or formula .
